Our Executive Board

President

Pratibha Khatri

The Chapter President is responsible for managing all parts of the sisterhood. It is their job to lead chapter and executive meetings as well as communicate with all necessary parties - HQ staff, advisors, Sigma members, the executive board, other chapter presidents, FSL staff, and the Panhellenic Executive Council. Most importantly, the President is there for all members. The President advises, supports, and problem solves for our members to make the Sigma chapter the most positive, welcoming home for all of our members.

VP Chapter Standards and Relations

Elin Vermazen

The Vice President of Chapter Relations and Standards takes care of many behind the scenes tasks for Alpha Chi Omega. Most importantly, they lead the Chapter Relations and Standards Board, which hosts meetings for members. These meetings can be used as a confidential resource to discuss any issues, solutions, or advancements needed in the chapter.

VP Finance

Elana Seitz

VP finance manages all things money and the chapter’s finances. This position bills members and supports our members to ensure that they are financially responsible. VP Finance also pays all dues to external companies such as AXO Headquarters, Nationals, College Chefs, and House Corporation.

VP Risk Management

Summer Traub

VP Risk Management fulfills the role of educating and assisting with the overall health and safety of our chapter’s members. In addition, this role oversees the planning and evaluation of social events.

VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation

Kalli Miyuskovich

VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation establishes the founding pillars and traditions of Alpha Chi Omega into the everyday lives of our members. From planning smaller ceremonies to annual larger ceremonies, this position works to connects our members internally within our individual chapter, as well as externally to Nationals and other chapters.

VP Recruitment

Sierra Miller

VP Recruitment provides a fun, positive, and successful recruitment for the chapter throughout the year. This role educates and supports members through both the informal and formal recruitment, as well as planning and managing the visual aspects of recruitment, including the decorations, outfits, and recruitment video. This role also plans plans “Work Week” - which prepares our members for formal recruitment.

VP New Member Education

Micelea Nielsen

VP New Member Education is responsible for the guidance, education, and support of the new members before they become initiated lifetime members. This position also plans and facilitates bid day, the big/little process, as well as assists during the initiation process.

VP Public Relations and Marketing

Katelyn Whyte

VP PR and Marketing promotes the Sigma chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. It is their job to run the chapter’s media platforms (including social media) as well as organize events on campus. This position also services as the liaison between brands and the chapter.

VP Membership Programming

Alexa Joss

VP Membership Programming plans and facilitates sisterhood events. It is their job to ensure that the chapter provides experiences, opportunities, and open spaces to encourage growth for each member.

VP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Isabella Will

VP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is responsible for promoting DEI within our chapter and ensuring that members feel represented and appreciated. Through educating members on current events and issues related to DEI as well as prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in both daily and large events, this position ensures that Alpha Chi Omega is a sisterhood for all Real. Strong. Women.

VP Panhellenic Delegate

Emma Roscoe

VP Panhellenic Delegate is a liaison between our chapter and the University of Iowa Panhellenic community as a whole. This position keeps our executive board informed on upcoming events and important information from PHC. VP Panhellenic Delegate also plans educational events for our chapter.

VP Intellectual Development

Taylor David

VP Intellectual Development serves as the academic resource to the chapter. This role encourages our members to exceed academically, assists members in doing such and celebrates the achievements of our sisters.

VP Facility Operations

Abbi Clark

VP Facility Operations is in charge of the live-in experience for Alpha Chi Omega. It is their job to send out housing contracts, communicate with Local House Corporation about housing improvements, and work with the live ins to make the experience fun and memorable. VP Facility Operations is the main line of communication between the members living in the Alpha Chi house and the house director, chef, and Local House Corp.

VP Philanthropy

Hailey Droessler

The Vice President of Philanthropy is responsible for planning events to raise awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness in the community. This position works to put on tabling events, annual events, and impromptu events that educate on the topic. This position also heads our goal to raise monetary support  for our foundation and charity.

VP Recruitment Information

Brynn Busta

The Vice President of Recruitment Information is responsible for handling all of the behind the scenes/logistical aspects of formal and informal recruitment. It is their job to focus on long-term growth of the chapter by recruiting members that exemplify the qualities that portray an Alpha Chi Omega.
